Accu-Right Home Inspections LLC is a full-time property inspection service that operates seven days a week serving southeast Wisconsin including Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Franklin, New Berlin, Muskego, Mukwonago, Dousman, Oconomowoc, Hartland, Grafton, Mequon to Shorewood. I perform inspections on homes, outbuildings, and spas. Radon testing is also available. I started the business years ago to become more involved in the residential/ commercial real estate market. With thirteen years at a local construction firm dealing in both residential and commercial projects it was an easy transition into home inspections.

A home inspection can vary depending on the inspector. The inspection itself is a measure of the knowledge and experience of the individual inspector. A person who is interested in becoming an inspector does need to be state licensed and pass a state and national exam. A background of building and remodeling homes/ businesses and understanding how structures are built, makes it second nature to identify characteristics of the property. Home Inspection Credentials

In addition to the construction background, I also attended American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT) to learn from their experience and knowledge in the industry. The name AHIT carries confidence with home buyers/ sellers as they know they are hiring an individual who came from an accredited organization.

I also joined the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) to develop a set of standards for the inspection and be a part of an organization that is very serious about they do. This membership requires passing an additional exam as well as continual involvement to maintain their high standards.
